Where Tromsø comes alive after dark

Prelaten is located in the basement beneath Agenturet and has been a cornerstone of Tromsø’s culture and nightlife for decades. Around 150 events are held here every year – concerts, stand-up, club nights, quizzes, bingo, and everything else that makes city life buzz.

The venue is divided into two zones: a stage area built for full energy, and a calmer space where you can sit down and talk. Burgers and bar bites are served from the kitchen, and the bar stays open late into the night.
